Information you provide

When you request service, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service address, appliance and brand information, preferred appointment details and a description of the problem.

How APEXA uses it

APEXA uses service-request information to respond to you, diagnose scheduling needs, prepare for the visit, provide estimates, perform requested service, communicate about the job, support warranty follow-up and maintain normal business records.

Online booking

Online booking is provided through Housecall Pro. The booking page loads its widget, and a direct link is available as an alternative. Information you enter in Housecall Pro is processed through that service to manage your APEXA service request. Hosting providers may keep ordinary technical server logs as part of operating and securing the website.

Analytics and cookies

Optional analytics is designed to load only after consent if Google Analytics is configured. See the Cookie Policy and use Cookie Settings to change your preference.

Public review integrations

The site may display public business ratings or review excerpts from third-party platforms such as Google, Yelp and Thumbtack. Those integrations display public review information and are separate from the private information a customer submits through the Housecall Pro booking process.

Sharing and sale of personal information

APEXA does not sell information submitted through the booking process. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, communications, scheduling, payment, accounting or repair workflow, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Retention

Service communications and business records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, accounting, warranty support, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations.
