1. Website information
This website provides general information about APEXA LLC appliance-repair services. Website content is not a final repair diagnosis, price quote, or promise that a particular repair can be completed until the appliance has been evaluated and APEXA confirms the service details.
2. Booking requests
Submitting an online form is a request for service, not a guaranteed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after APEXA accepts the requested date or provides an agreed alternative.
3. Diagnostics, estimates and approval
The standard diagnostic visit and any advertised online-booking discount are described on the website. After diagnosis, APEXA provides an estimate before repair work proceeds. No repair work is performed without customer approval. If an approved repair qualifies for the diagnostic credit described on the website or estimate, the amount already paid is credited as stated in that estimate.
4. Prices, parts and availability
Repair pricing may depend on the actual diagnosis, appliance condition, part availability, taxes, access conditions and other job-specific facts. Website examples are not a substitute for the written estimate provided for the specific repair.
5. Warranties
Warranty coverage is governed by the warranty terms shown on the applicable invoice and the current Warranty Policy. Warranty coverage does not replace manufacturer warranties or rights provided by applicable law.
6. Special offers
Discounts advertised as a percentage off labor apply to eligible labor only unless a written offer states otherwise. Parts are excluded. Offer eligibility and application are confirmed by APEXA for the applicable service.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or display content from third parties such as Google, Yelp, Thumbtack, Facebook, analytics providers, payment or scheduling services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit fraudulent requests, or use automated systems to abuse forms or services.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
